"State Farm Insurance is the worst insurance company I've had to work with for a claim I submitted. State Farm looks out for what is in their best interest, not the insured. Overall I've had a very poor experience being insured through them. Highly do not recommend. The local agent is only there to "sell the policy" which is also unfortunate. Rates are extremely high for poor coverage. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for coverage."

"State Farm lied about everything when it came to my claim. I have hail damage to my house, and their adjusters came out and told me to my face that it was just “normal wear and tear shingle blisters” That’s completely false. Multiple professionals have inspected the roof and siding say it’s hail damage. I even have photos of my house from before the storm showing it was in good condition. Despite all of this, they still denied it and pretended the damage was normal wear and tear. Do yourself a favor get insurance from a different company."
